The odd thing about all the training courses and ebooks that James has created is the fact that he has never covered a topic that might have seemed obvious - UNTIL NOW!
Last week, clients asked him how he was able to create 240 ebooks in under one year - so he took the afternoon off and created an ebook on...... How to create audio ebooks!
It's called "Voices Into Profits"
How to Create, Author, Sell and Distribute Audio Ebooks in Only Minutes!

Harness the Power of a Strong Vision
by Wendy Hearn
What is your vision? How is this vision communicated to inspire you and your organization? You don't have a clear and powerful vision? Join the club. When I'm working with individuals, I've noticed that generally they fall into two distinct categories regarding having a strong vision. Either they've never really had the opportunity to understand the concept of having or defining their vision. Or they have a vision statement because they think they 'should'. Remember, 'shoulds' represent other people's expectations and therefore not things to which you a personally committed.
The one thing I've noticed in my work is that very few individuals or organizations really harness the power generated by a strong vision. Clear definition of your vision acts as a magnet to pull you forward in the direction you truly want to take. Your vision provides inspiration for you and, if communicated well to your team or organisation, inspires them too.
What do you refer to when you want to make decisions, when you have to decide which opportunities to say 'yes' or 'no' to, or which direction to go with your business? When you have a strong vision in place and refer to it regularly, it helps to resolve the conflict which can occur within you.
Teams or organizations who have a powerful vision, inspire individuals to pull together. It's so much easier for everyone when they all know clearly where they're heading.
Many organizations publish mission statements but often, these hold no real meaning for the individuals within the organization. A strong vision and a clear mission statement go together like 'bread and butter'. The components of a mission statement stem from having a clear vision to start the process. Individuals and organizations can define their mission and purpose with more meaning and clarity if they are provided with a powerful vision. A strong vision challenges people to achieve more and encourages them to think 'out of the box'. It inspires you and the people you work with.
Your vision is unique to you and will vary from individual to individual. It propels you forward naturally, rather than relying on motivation alone, which doesn't usually last. A vision helps to keep you on track and focused on where you're heading. What I want for you is a vision which grabs you so strongly that it stretches you way beyond your current position. I've found that with a strong vision there isn't the need to strive so hard and the energy required doesn't drain you so much. It allows you to focus on your achievements in the present because a vision doesn't have an end which you reach, like a goal. The energy generated by a vision is much healthier and requires less of a struggle. A vision draws on your natural energy which comes from within you because this is where your vision sits. When aligned with your values, a vision and a mission statement feel truly yours and right for you. In short, a perfect fit.
If you have a vision for your organization, I encourage you to consider this. If 3 of your top employees were asked to share your vision, would they be able to? If not, what would it take to communicate this throughout the organization? What benefits do you see for your employees in clearly understanding your vision?
Many times, people say "I wish", but unfortunately wishing alone rarely makes things happen. However, a strong vision can really accomplish a great deal, and often more than you'd dared to dream of.
What I want is for you to define a strong vision and a mission statement. Are you ready to do this?

Get Response From Your Emails
Millions of people use email every day. Many successful business people have found they can do almost all of their business through email! Here are some simple ways to get more response from your email messages.
Target your message. You will get a better response from your email if you send it to someone who is likely to respond. Rather than sending a message to the entire organization, find out who handles your particular concern.
Make your subject line as complete as possible, within a few words. "Janita, MySite.com with the info requested" is a lot more likely to be read than a subject line that just says "info."
Make your message personal. Prospects respond better when you use their name on your message. Find out as much as you can about your prospect's needs and wants, and make reference to them in the body of your message.
Remember many people hate to type! Adding html coding in your email address (mailto: before your email address) makes it a clickable link on many email programs. Instead of having to type your address, prospects can simply click your link. They will be much more likely to respond.

Traits and Skills of Successful Internet Entrepreneurs
by Marty Foley
There are certain traits and skills that many successful online entrepreneurs have in common. Some mentioned in this article may seem simple and obvious, but don't overlook their importance.
You may not personally be strong in all areas, but you can get by as long as you can delegate tasks that call for them to someone on your team who is.
* Good Communicator
Whether you are communicating by email, your web site, ICQ, web-based forums, or whatever, you (or someone in your organization) need to demonstrate good communication skills - especially good writing skills.
Unfortunately, many online communications are very weak in this area. I'm not saying this to be critical, but to point out an area for improvement that many can benefit from by paying more attention to.
Since we're all human and prone to making mistakes, our communications may not be flawless, but the more clearly and accurately we get our message across, the more likely our prospects will grasp our message and take the desired action.
However, that does not mean that we need to try to impress people with complex language, nor that we even have to communicate in a way our English teachers would be proud of.
Research has shown that clear, simple, everyday language outsells complex language.
* Calculated Risk-Taker
True entrepreneurs aren't necessarily foolhardy gamblers or risk-takers, but tend to be willing to take carefully calculated risks after careful thought and planning (thereby reducing the risk). This is better than dragging one's feet too long, suffering from "analysis paralysis," wasting precious time over-analyzing things.
* More of a Doer Than a Dreamer
Having dreams and aspirations about becoming a successful entrepreneur is all well and good. The problem is, it is much easier to dream than it is to roll up our sleeves and get busy making those dreams come true. Only when we do more doing than dreaming will we ever become successful.
* Persistent
As I've watched new online ventures come and go, and others (including my own) come and GROW, I've noticed that persistence is a key ingredient missing from many failed ones. And some are right on the brink of success when they quit!
* Cautiously Optimistic
Rather than have a negative outlook on life (which will eventually by conveyed to prospects and customers) successful entrepreneurs tend to have a "can do" attitude, and to see opportunity where others only see problems.
* Goal Oriented
Entrepreneurs take a lot of satisfaction in setting and reaching business-related goals. This isn't surprising, as all humans have a natural desire to find satisfaction in their accomplishments.
* Customer Oriented
Hit and run entrepreneurs don't usually last, but those who focus on understanding and satisfying the wants, needs and buying trends of their customers, tend to thrive.
* Passion for the Type of Business
Entrepreneurs aren't just motivated by a desire to earn a living. They usually have such an interest in their line of business that it rarely seems like work to them. It helps them put in the long hours that getting a business up and running sometimes calls for.
*Flexibility
Things change rapidly, especially online. The successful entrepreneur is willing to overcome mistakes, meet new challenges head-on, and adapt to change. Doing so can mean the difference between success and failure.
* Skilled at Marketing
In business, as the saying goes, "Everything is marketing." The world can not and will not beat a path to your door to buy your "better mouse trap" if the world doesn't know about it.
Regardless of what business you're in, marketing is the critical tool used to present the solutions that your products and services offer, to the rest of the world.
As legendary promoter P.T. Barnum said:
"Without promotion, something terrible happens - NOTHING!"
Like any other skill, your marketing can be improved through increased knowledge and practice. Invest in expanding your knowledge of marketing. Doing so can serve you well throughout your entrepreneurial career.
Benjamin Franklin put it well when he said:
"An investment in knowledge always pays the best interest."
Of course, there are lots of other skills and traits that successful Internet entrepreneurs have at their disposal, but the above list covers many of the most crucial ones. May it help you also find success as an online entrepreneur.

Marty Foley's Internet marketing techniques and resources
have helped set the standard in e-commerce, and are often
imitated by other famous online marketers.

A Simple (and free) Incentive To Get Subcribers To Your Ezine Or Mailing List
by InfoProductLab
Did you know that shopping can be an opportunity to make money?
Neither did I.
But opportunity comes calling at the strangest times and hours and it happened to me last night.
My son is fond of Tabasco Cheese-Its. I looked all over the supermarket for them and couldn't find the darned things.
Finally after giving up I called him on my cell and asked him what they were (I had no idea).
He said they were crackers with Tabasco sauce added to them and there was a picture of a Tabasco sauce bottle on the cover.
OK, whatever.
What has this got to do with incentives for ezine sign-ups?
Nothing.
OK... so while I was talking to him my 5 year daughter gets on the line and has a request for ice cream.
Ok, OK... I'm a sucker. I'll get it.
I browse through the ice cream cases when my eye struck something I must have seen a thousand times, but never really paid any attention to... a sweepstakes offer.
I don't play sweepstakes. I don't even play the New York State Lotto (except maybe once a year when it gets really big).
Anyway, this sweepstakes offer was for a brand-spanking new 2003 Mercedes-Benz SLK 320. Sweet. The picture shown was a red convertible of that model.
My red-blooded American veins went into overdrive.
"Wow...nice car", I said to myself.
I bought the Haagen-Dazs ice cream bars that had the info on entering the sweepstakes, not because I wanted the ice cream, but because I wanted to win the car!
I went home, devoured two bars of the Haagen-Dazs and opened the inside of the package where the sweepstakes offer was hiding.
I read the rules and it basically said you could enter as many times as you wanted and didn't have to buy anything, just send a postcard to them.
My idea was to send them a postcard (or two) everyday until the end of the contest.
Even though I could buy that car... I didn't want to. I wanted to WIN it. Besides I think my wife would give me a hard time about the expense being 'frivolous' or some such thing (and she's right). But, if I WON it...how could she say "no"?
My plan was taking shape... I'm going to WIN that car!
I went to bed and didn't think about the car... I started thinking about business, promotions and upcoming marketing plans.
At 3:31 AM I shot up out of bed like a rabbit in cabbage patch who hears the farmer coming.
It suddenly occurred to me what an incredible incentive the giving away of that car was!
What if... I showed a picture of that car on one of my websites offering to send in your sweepstakes FOR YOU and in return, simply sign-up for my ezine?
Hey! This could work... stay with me here.
OK... the only problem with this is you are sending a postcard for every new subscriber you get. At .23 cents each, that could add up to a lot of postcards, not to mention the work of putting their name and address on each one.
So I started to do some digging on the net and I found many offers, not hundreds, but at least a dozen that looked really good and could be signed-up for 100% online (no mailing costs).
For example:
At the bottom right hand corner or BlueNile's website there's a place to enter your email address to enter the drawing for a $5,000 diamond.
(BTW - If you look at your address bar after you sign up you'll see a string that says, "?sweeps=yes", just change that to "no" and hit enter to sign up again using a different email address)
At MarketScore there's a place to enter a contest to win a BMW Z4 Roadster Convertible. Just click on "Win Luxury Prizes".
Now, what if... you simply said on your site something to the effect...
"Win a BMW Z4 Roadster Convertible! Simply enter your email address here to receive my 'Super-Tips Marketing Ezine' and I'll immediately send you the link to enter the drawing!"
OK... you could do better, I'm sure. But I think the idea has merit and could be tied into your incentive plan somehow.
You could even state you'll send them a LINK LIST of several sweepstakes:
1. Win a Mercedes-Benz SLK 320...
2. BMW Roadster Z4...
Etc....
To keep up with the latest offers, I found one web site that lists them by date here:
http://enteronlinesweeps.com
Add to this your own flair! Think of other ways you can use this idea to grow your list, etc...
The only drawback I see is that 'incentivised' sign-ups may not be as strong as non-incentive offers. But if you're offering a free-ebook for signing up now, test this idea in addition to what you're already doing to see if it works.
BTW - I read the 'Rules' on each site and there was no mention of prohibiting the making of referrals to their sweepstakes (in fact, I'm sure they encourage it), but just to be safe read all the rules of each sweepstakes before using them on your site.
In addition, if anyone asks you to give them the link to the sweepstakes without signing up for your ezine, you should give it to them. The focus of your offer should be 'info' 'where to sign-up' for the sweepstakes, etc... DO NOT use it as a BONUS or FREE BONUS, etc...
Be safe, but, please be creative!
Good luck ;-)
